This was my first Intarsia woodworking piece that I made and while there were many challenges, it was incredibly fun to design and create. The main challenge I faced while making this was the fragility of some of the types of wood I used, the Padauk and Purple Heart were particularly difficult to work with because of how hard and fragile they are.
